Dr. Tornatore recently decided to use Let’s Talk’s secure video conferencing software for his practice. He chose Let’s Talk because it fulfills all of the HIPAA requirements and is a great supplement to the in-person therapy he currently provides. Using Let’s Talk Counseling gives patients another means of contacting him directly without setting up an appointment or leaving their home. This is ideal for patients that have questions that only need a 5-10-minute window and can be answered though the secure video conferencing system instead of traveling to an in-person appointment.
Let’s Talk’s video conferencing is also a great resource for patients with schizophrenia or a bipolar disorder. The online platform allows patients to have direct access to on-demand intervention which can help to prevent hospitalization and provide further support in crisis situations through face to face communication.
This face to face communication through the Let’s Talk video conferencing portal also allows Dr. Tornatore to pick up on the subtler nuances of communications like body language and expressions that you can’t get with just a phone call.
Dr. Tornatore has a client focus in schizophrenia, bipolar illness, generalized anxiety, major depression, substance abuse and pharmaceutical counseling. To contact Dr. Tornatore or learn more about his practice, visit his page here:
